Spacious rooms, on-site restaurant, friendly staff, near Kelpies. Breakfast options varied but inconsistently served.

The room was spacious, but the outdated bathroom facilities were disappointing.

Big room, very clean. Friendly staff, easy check in.
The furniture was older and partly broken: especially in the bathroom (toilet paper holder falls from the wall, switch for water heater loose). The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet swam in water.

The location was ideal as a stopover. Room in the annex. Very quiet. The staff was extraordinarily friendly. Obviously the hotel is gladly visited by groups. Therefore the waitress immediately assigned us a separate room of the breakfast room. Extremely friendly.
Obviously being hit by groups. Room could be quiet in the main house.

The hotel is already quite used. Loveless breakfast. The air conditioner was making a lot of noise all night long.

Pleasant property, clean, excellent service and great value. Impeccably clean rooms with jacuzzi and the shower, savoury breakfast. Breakfast with hot options and yogurts. Incredible staff and marvellous and decent location walk from a stadium and pubs. 10 minutes walk from central Grangemouth. Near to a motorway, very convenient. Fairly nice experience there.

Great stay!
The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was fab, and the bar area was a cozy spot to unwind. Just a bit awkward when one of the kitchen staff sat in my husband's chair during breakfast, felt a bit rude. Though, it was a comfy night in a great location.

Access was excellent from motorway. Parking directly in front of the hotel. The door to the toilet was no longer usable. Like the lightning, after the announcement, craftsmen were on site to look at the problem and found a solution.

The stay was great, the room was comfortable and the staff were excellent, breakfast had a nice menu but also said you could have anything you asked for which was a plus, the bed was very comfy and the room had everything you would need, even though I booked the most basic room I was pleasantly surprised
Sadly the bathroom light did not work but not a huge issue, the room was so bright and I could lock my rooms door so I just kept the bathroom door open and used natural sunlight
